Advisory services to aid them in their goal of helping new and expanding public charter schools find educational spaces that fit school budgets and student needs.

We are proud to have provided Zeta Charter Schools with owner’s representative services to open two new schools: one in the Mt. Eden neighborhood in the Bronx, and one in Inwood in Manhattan.

Since International Leadership Charter High School opened in 2006, ILCHS has encouraged their students to impact the community through social action and community engagement.

Fountain House has empowered people with serious mental illness since 1948. Due to increased attendance, Fountain House outgrew a space it leased from a private landlord in the South Bronx.

Opened in 2012 with the purpose of closing the achievement and opportunity gaps in K-12 education.

Goodwill NYNJ (“Goodwill”) has an established track record of empowering individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment to gain independence through the power of work.
