We are proud to have provided Zeta Charter Schools with owner’s representative services to open two new schools: one in the Mt. Eden neighborhood in the Bronx, and one in Inwood in Manhattan. Zeta Charter Schools operates public charter schools across six campuses in severely under-resourced communities in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan. Zeta offers a next-generation schooling model that delivers rigorous academics and whole-child education, with a focus on social-emotional learning.

Matter Real Estate helped Zeta navigate the complex construction process of building the two school buildings. Matter has managed the developer while overseeing the project team, ensuring construction is consistent with the construction documents,, and tracking the project schedule and budget.
