Fountain House

Fountain House has empowered people with serious mental illness since 1948. Due to increased attendance, Fountain House outgrew a space it leased from a private landlord in the South Bronx. We are proud to have helped Fountain House evaluate the feasibility of three options: (1) renovate and improve its existing space, acquire a neighboring building and connect the two buildings to create a single facility, (2) build a new facility on vacant lots and (3) acquire an existing building and renovate it.
