Academy of the City Charter School (“AOC”) is focused on helping students reach academic, social and personal excellence. Our firm provided AOC with owner’s rep services to help them open a new middle school (5th – 8th grade) in a former Diocese school building located at 23-40 Astoria Boulevard. Completed in early 2021, we collaborated with an experienced project team and managing the project diligently to come in under-budget during the COVID-19 pandemic.
