Jackson Museum School

Matter is providing Jackson Museum School (JMS) with owner's representation and real estate advisory services to support the development of a permanent school facility in Jackson, Tennessee. JMS is a public charter school committed to a museum-integrated learning model, and Matter is helping them navigate the complex path from site acquisition through construction completion and school opening.

We have guided JMS through budget development, contractor procurement, and schedule management, while aligning stakeholders across the school's leadership, legal counsel, construction financing, and local regulatory agencies.
