Launch Charter School (“Launch”) opened in 2012 with the purpose of closing the achievement and opportunity gaps in K-12 education. We are proud to have creatively and systematically helped Launch explore private space solutions and developed a real estate and financing plan that best fits Launch’s culture, financial resources, timing requirements, and space needs. We also assisted Launch in the negotiation of an existing 24,000 sq. ft school space in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
