Global Community Charter School (“GCCS”) was founded in 2012 to provide its students with an exciting and enriching school experience. Our firm proudly provided GCCS with real estate advisory services to help them open a new middle school (6th – 8th grade) in Harlem. We also provided the school with owner’s representation services by leading the renovation of their existing dance studio. The project was completed on-time and on-budget for the fall 2020 school year.
