Matter Real Estate is providing MBC with real estate advisory services to navigate the complex process of evaluating their existing properties for potential development. Matter has evaluated a number of real estate scenarios, hired capable project-team members, and communicated with developers. We are currently working with Marvel Architects to assemble an RFP for developers that will be used to assess possible transaction opportunities.
