Amber Charter Schools (“ACS”) opened in 2000 as the first Latino-led charter school in New York State . To accommodate additional students and staff (new K-8 school), ACS has decided to renovate an existing school space at 532 West 215th Street. Matter Real Estate is acting as the owner’s representative and is leading the team to complete the project for the Fall 2021 school year.
